new energy research and development, production and sales, with leading R & D capabilities, with nearly two hundred invention, utility model, appearance patents and software copyrights. 

It oversees two wholly-owned subsidiaries: Zhejiang Jiale New Energy Co., Ltd., primarily engaged in the investment, construction, and operation/maintenance of photovoltaic power stations; 

and Zhejiang Jiakai Control Technology Co., Ltd., primarily engaged in the R&D, production, and sales of industrial automation products.
